Serving the Springfield/Branson Area
Boy…props to these folks. If you are approaching a time where you have to make an awful decision about your pet, please consider Greener Pastures.
My family struggled for a long time with this decision. Max was such a huge part of our family for so many years… a lot of our son’s life.
To even speak of this was terrible. Picking up the phone to call was even worse. From the time they answered the phone they made a terrible situation less terrible. The doctor spent time with Max and our family. She was in her element with Max. He was never nervous. Sometimes you run across people who seem perfect for their jobs. She was one of those people. She doesn’t have a fun job, but it is a necessary one and is awesome at it. Max didn’t have to get in the car. He was having a lot of trouble with mobility due to his hips. He didn’t have to go to the vet (we have a great vet but Max was always nervous to go). He was in his own home, completely relaxed. Thank you, Dr and Greener Pastures
This organization – Greener Pastures Pet Hospice, LLC – is amazing! The person who came to our house was so patient, didn’t rush us, gave us options at every step, stepped back and out of the picture when we needed some time, was very knowledgeable and shared that knowledge without judging or pushing us.
My husband wasn’t sure about paying someone to do this but said afterward that he was so glad we did! I’m so glad they helped us make this easier for Missy and for us – it is such a difficult decision. It’s going to be so hard not having her along for my walks, looking out the window and not seeing her checking out her property around us (we have 5 acres and she knew every single blade of grass on it), not having her try to make her way to me for some petting (and leaning against my leg while we waited for the others to do their business) while being nipped at and barked at by 3 little running chihuahuas.
Thank you! -Laura B.
I am so beyond thankful for your service. In my beloved cat’s final moments, we were in the comfort of the home he’s always knew. We weren’t rushed whatsoever. This is how it show be. Thank you. -Brittany B.
This is the most wonderful thing you can do for people like me! Made things much better for me and my Sarah Lynn Thank you so much for giving us this choice at this hard time. Sarah was able to be where she loved most…her home! I can’t express how thankful I am for you! God bless all of you! -Traci L.
Thanks Dr. McClure for helping our old friend find some rest. Awesome services, glad we found you.
I really wanted to leave a review for this in-home pet euthanasia business. Dr. McClure is such a kind and understanding soul. Her service is quick, compassionate, and takes everyone’s feelings into account.
After a month of fighting, I had to say goodbye to my cat on March 26. I was able to get an appointment in less than 48 hours. Dr. McClure arrived exactly on time. Once my cat was gone, she gave me a few minutes alone with her while she and her assistant packed their things up in her truck. When she came back inside, she had a very plush cat bed to lay my cat on to transport her. I requested a private cremation and was given a customized urn with my cat’s name on it.
As much as it was painful, Dr. McClure made it the most peaceful and stress-free I could’ve ever hoped for. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
